CR Pet Care requirements 

• Dog must be friendly with other dogs.

• Dog must be friendly with unfamiliar people

• Dog must have a flat collar with identification tags. 

• Dog must be OK with being Kenneled. (Will be Kenneled for sleep and Feeding)

• Owner must provide proof of vaccination. (When Vacinations were administered)

• Owner must provide food for stay.

  - We Encourage Owners to bring Bed, Blanket or toy from home.

Off-Leash - Walking

For liability reasons, your dog will never be let off leash for any reason while walking, except for a medical emergency. Your dog will have off leash supervision and be able to free roam in our indoor and outdoor space.

Cancellation Policy 

A minimum of  72 hr cancellation notice is required. Cancellations with less than 72 hr notice will not receive back the 50% deposit of services canceled. If a client wishes a total cancellation of all boarding dates and services with CR Pet Care, please make these wishes known in writing. 

Terms and Conditions

50 percent of payment is required upon booking and the remaining 50 percent upon pickup day. Client understands this contract and takes responsibility for prompt payment of fees. 

I further understand that CR PET CARE, their owners, staff, partners, and volunteers will not be liable, financially or otherwise, for injuries to my dog, me or any property of mine while my dog is participating in services provided by CR PET CARE. I hereby release CR PET CARE, of any liability of any kind arising from my dog’s participation in any and all services provided by CR PET CARE.

I further understand and agree that any problems with my dog, behavioral, medical or otherwise will be treated as deemed best by staff of CR PET CARE. In their sole discretion, and in what they view as in the best interest for the dog. I understand that I assume full financial responsibility and all liability for any and all expenses involved with regard to the behavior and health of my dog.

I further understand that there are risks and benefits associated with group socialization of dogs. I agree that the benefits outweigh the risks and that I accept the risk. I desire a socialized environment for my dog while attending services provided by CR PET CARE and while in their care. I understand that while the socialization and play is closely and carefully monitored by CR PET CARE staff to prevent injury, it is still possible that during the course of normal play my dog may receive minor nicks and scratches from roughhousing with other dogs. Any injuries to my dog will be pointed out by staff upon pick-up. If dog comes in with injuries or scratches, please let our staff know at drop off, so we can decide if they need to be separated.

I understand by allowing my dog to participate in services offered by CR PET CARE, I hereby agree to allow CR PET CARE to take photographs or use images of my pet in print form or otherwise for publication and/or promotion.

I further understand that I am solely responsible, financially or otherwise, for any harm or damage caused by my dog while my dog is attending any services provided by CR PET CARE. I agree to pay all damage fees upon pickup. I understand that by bringing my do to a dog daycare/boarding facility, my dog may be at risk to catch Kennel Cough. Even though my dog and all participating dogs are vaccinated, my dog can still catch Kennel Cough.  CR PET CARE is not liable financially for any vet treatments if they catch Kennel Cough, as this is a common dog cold.

Owner agrees to allow dogs to be kenneled for sleep and rest time during stay. 

Owner agrees to allow dogs to receive appropriate dietary treats or off label treats/products.

If my dog is not picked up on time or by a date specified in a separate agreement, I hereby authorized CR PET CARE to take whatever action is deemed necessary for the continuing care of my dog. I will pay CR PET CARE the cost of any such continuing care upon demand by CR PET CARE. Any dogs left 10 days beyond agreed pickup date without payment will be considered abandoned.

Owner Agrees to pay the currently advertised rate for boarding dogs that are not picked up, even dogs considered to be abandoned.

Owner further agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested, and all veterinary costs should anything arise for the dog during the time said dog is in the care of CR PET CARE

Owner further agrees that the dog shall not leave CR PET CARE until all charges are paid to CR PET CARE by the dog Owner.

The Owner further agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of said pet while it is in the care of CR PET CARE, including any injuries given or sustained by another dog.

Owner specifically represents that he or she is the sole owner of the dog, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances

Owner specifically represents to CR PET CARE that the pet is current on all vaccinations.

Owner specifically represents to CR PET CARE that the dog has not been exposed to rabies, distemper parvo virus or other contagious diseases within a 30-day period prior to boarding.

All charges incurred by Owner shall be payable upon pick-up of dog, or when billed by CR PET CARE at the address listed on Contract. CR PET CARE shall have, and is hereby granted, a lien on the dog for any and all unpaid charges resulting from boarding the dog at CR PET CARE. If Owner does not respond or pick up the dog within 10 calendar days after the day the dog was scheduled to be picked up, the dog shall be deemed to be abandoned. The person into whose custody the dog was placed for care shall first try for a period of not less than 10 days to find a new owner for the dog, and, if unable to place the dog with a new owner, shall thereafter assign dog to a private or public sale.

If the dog becomes ill or if the state of the dog’s health otherwise requires professional attention, CR PET CARE, in its sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian or administer medicine or given other requisite attention to the dog, and the expenses thereof shall be paid by Owner.

If the dog is not picked up before 12:00pm, Owner will be charged for a half day care day rate additional to CR PET CARE rate.

 I understand that if I do not pick up my dog, CR PET CARE will proceed according to the guidelines provided by Colorado law regarding abandonment

Client authorizes this signed contract to be valid approval for future services of any purpose provided by this contract permitting CR PET CARE to accept telephone or email reservations for service and enter premises without any additional signed contracts or written authorization. The term of this contract shall be until either party communicates  termination of contract in writing.

The client is responsible for any costs/payments due to bites/attacks from pets to humans.

Medical Release

This is a required form for all CR PET CARE participants receiving services. First and foremost the safety and well-being of your dog is of the highest importance. Ensuring that your dog remains safe and well cared for is our first responsibility and as such we take it very seriously.

We do our best to have dog owners screen for pre-existing health conditions but some factors may  be beyond our control. In the event that a medical emergency arises while a dog is at our facility or participating in a service that we provide, it is imperative that we are immediately able to get them medical treatment at the closest available facility. We will call ahead to the veterinary offices in closest proximity geographically to us to ensure they can handle the emergency.

You understand that in the event of a medical emergency, if CR PET CARE at its sole discretion deems necessary the attention of a licensed veterinarian, you authorize CR PET CARE to seek medical attention at the closest available veterinary facility. You further agree that you are financially responsible for any medical treatment your dog receives as a result of a medical emergency while attending services provided by CR PET CARE.

In case of emergency, veterinary clinics require your decision on the level of resuscitation that you would prefer. For this reason, please initial which level of resuscitation you authorize the veterinary clinic to perform if necessary.

Your pet will be taken to the closest available facility for treatment and you will be notified. We notify the owner after we have secured a medical treatment center for the dog to avoid delays that may be caused by emotion on the part of the owner. Our goal is to get your dog medical attention as quickly as humanly possible, and any distractions may interfere with that process.

Owner understands in the event of Death or event CR PET CARE has 72 hours to file an incident report to owner and PACFA (Colorado). If death occurs dog will be transported to Brooks Veterinary Service.

You understand that by bringing your dog to a dog daycare/boarding facility, your dog is at risk to catch Kennel Cough. Even though your dog and all participating dogs are vaccinated, your dog can still catch Kennel Cough. CR PET CARE is not liable financially for any vet treatments arising from Kennel Cough, as this is a common dog cold. If your dog has any Kennel Cough symptoms, including coughing, hacking, hacking up foam, you or your emergency contact need to come pick them up immediately.
